Breast Reduction Surgery: Queen-style

The California law that ruled out same-sex marriages as illegal has created quite a furor in international circles and raised the hopes of a lot of homosexual individuals. While Ellen DeGeneres and Portia Rossi were all-out relieved with it and are making plans for their marriage, Queen Latifah is not that sure.

Latifah and her friend Jeanette Jenkins, a personal trainer and founder and president of Hollywood Trainer, have known each other for five years now and according to sources are all set to marry. The only obstacle seems to be them coming out in the open about their relationship.

Latifah, one of the busiest and bustiest African-American actresses is one person who has stuck true to her plus-sized image. No amount of cajoling from Hollywood heavyweights and the beauty business could make her less proud of her body.

However, she did go in for a breast reduction surgery at one point in her adult life and was instrumental in projecting an image that gave much dignity to the plastic surgery procedure. Queen Latifah had a breast reduction to rein in breasts that were giving her back pains and causing other health issues.

Cosmetic surgery patients who want a breast surgery procedure like breast reduction usually have it for corrective rather than cosmetic reasons, akin to Queen Latifah’s case.

At the Plastic Surgery Institute of California you could go in for a breast lift surgery along with a breast reduction and tackle the aesthetic angle as well. The results of such a combination procedure are known to lend a more natural contour to existing curves.
