The forty-four-year-old actress is going to star in a reality TV-inspired show where her cosmetic surgery procedures will be recorded and televised to the world. Some of the surgeries she is slated to get done are a breast reduction with breast lift surgery combined.

Brigitte is far from new to breast surgery procedures as she is believed to have had a beast augmentation early in her career. Indeed, the Red Sonja actress was even caught groping Anna Nicole-Smith at an awards function some years back and the two were said to have compared their respective breast implants.

If Brigitte goes ahead with the cosmetic breast surgery procedure, she will have diminished her 36-C size considerably. She wants them to be more discreet and look perfect for the cover she hopes to bag in Playboy in December. According to her it’s just her way of celebrating her first Playboy cover 20 years ago.

With her various body modifications and breast enhancements Brigitte hopes to forget 15 years off her appearance. Considering that she doesn’t look all that old for her age, I doubt she will have much difficulty doing that.
